The Napa Valley Vintners Association asked me to create a special poster for the 30th Anniversary of the Napa Valley Wine Auction. I had also created one for 1995 and the Association decided to cease commissioning posters for several years. Since this was a special year and occasion, with the Auction theme of the natural beauty of the Napa Valley, the Association's Board of Directors asked me to work with them to re-introduce the Auction poster.
